Terms & Specifications 

• Custom Dimensions - Doors will be manufactured according to the measurements provided by the customer. 

• Production Timeline - The delivery timeline will be determined based on the order quantity and will be confirmed after order approval. 

• Fittings - Customer must provide the fittings ( Locks, Hinges, Handles & Glasses), and we can install them upon request. 

Payment Terms 

1. 20% downpayment to confirm the order 

2. 50% during the fabrication 

3. 30% during the handover
